Philippine Precision Technology Inc. (PPTI) is the exclusive distributor of Hitachi Metals’ Special Steels in the Philippines. Hitachi Metals has proven in years as the top manufacturer of specials steels in the whole world. It produces different varieties from plastic mold steels to high speed steels using high technology and constantly improving high quality processes. An added service to our customers, PPTI customers may order special steel materials from standard sizes to custom size plates either milled finished (6F) or ground finished on the thickness side (6F2G).

 

PPTI also offers vacuum heat treatment to its customers to bring out the best performance of tool steel during application. PPTI has the biggest vacuum furnace capacity in the Philippines (500mm width x 350mm height x 900mm length capacity). PPTI acquired its furnace from NAKANIHON-RO Kogyo Co., Ltd. It has rapid cooling system with 2.8 bars cooling gas circulated at high speed. Heaters are spread around the furnace interior for uniform temperature and distortion is kept to a minimum by inverter controlled re-circulating fans and a pressure regulating system that ensures the optimal heat treatment according to application.

 

PPTI is not complete without its machining section as its name implies. PPTI offers 3D CNC machining to its customers.3D machining has never been an easy work before, but with the aid of CAD-CAM and with the right people, and right machine, 3D machining is now an easy task.

 

PPTI supplies most of the crimping dies in Japan and Southeast Asia. Our customers here and abroad are satisfied with the high quality crimping dies at a minimal cost. Our crimping dies are made of high quality materials from Hitachi Metals, undergone vacuum heat treatment and rigid inspection from our well-trained inspectors.
